Don W. Drew, dba Drew Livestock (Drew), petitioned this court to review a memorandum decision of the court of appeals. Drew maintains the court of appeals erred by classifying his action against United Producers and Consumers Cooperative (United) as a products liability action rather than an action for economic damages under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Consequently, Drew contends, the trial court erred by applying the wrong statute of limitations and dismissing his complaint. We granted, in part, Drews petition for review and have jurisdiction.
