Argyle Mechanical, Inc., Stephanie Crider, and Steve McDaniel appeal a no-answer default judgment entered in favor of Unigus Steel, Inc. In three points of error, appellants claim the trial judge erred in failing to conduct a hearing on unliquidated damages and awarding attorneys fees and there is no evidence to support the award of unliquidated damages. Because we conclude the trial judge erred in awarding unliquidated damages, we affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
